Jordan Groth
Co-Founder & Operations
Fifteen years of running his own small business and more than two decades writing code have given Jordan a rare command of both sides of a company — the product and the operation behind it. At Rain Event Tracker he keeps the day-to-day running smoothly while still shipping code alongside the engineering team. Steady and methodical, he brings a sense of order and coordination to the group, turning many moving parts into a team pulling in one direction.
Shaun Knoop
Co-Founder & Compliance
Shaun brings over a decade of experience in SWPPP and OSHA compliance to Rain Event Tracker. A certified QSP/QSD, he has spent years in the field on large, technically demanding projects — work that showed him exactly where compliance tends to break down and what it takes to keep it airtight. That hands-on knowledge is built into the product: ensuring teams are guided down the path of compliance.
Will Wilson
Co-Founder & Engineering
Over two decades of building and architecting software across consulting and entrepreneurship have taught Will one thing above all: great products come from obsessing over exactly what customers need and delivering it in a way that makes their lives easier. Detail-oriented and relentless, he has led teams of engineers from junior to senior to ship hard things on time. His operating principle is simple — there's no challenge that diligence, research, and hard work can't crack.
